Red spots on glans and prepuce.. HELP!!!

First of all, sorry for my english...it's not my first languange.
I don't have access to a doctor, and I am very concerned....I had sex with a girl and one and a half days later red spots appeared on my glans and prepuce(the part that is in contact with the glans not the outside part), when I noticed that, these spots didn't caused any synthoms, but since the next day they started to get itchy(noy very itchy, but a little), and I can percieve a smell that is not very strong but smells. The red spots are like very small, and are not high relief, they are totally flat, you cant fell them if you dont see directly, that why I'm not sure what can it be.....
It can be a STD??, an STD can be shown the very next day of the sex??
Please help....

What do you want me to tell you? STD's do not show up the next day. I don't know what it is but why not see a Dr?

Thanks for helping me, but it seem too much coincidence to me that in the very next day appears that, I didn't have sex 6 or 7 months before that day, what are the oughts of having the manifestation of a previous yeast infection or bacterial after that day. What other posibilities are there??, why sex could cause that?? Thank you for the help.... I need it so much...

STD's do not show the next day. Sounds like maybe a yeast infection or maybe bacterial. You would need to see a Dr.
