What STDs am I at risk of contracting?

I plan on having lots of sex with different transsexual sex workers.  It will be protected sex (intercourse) with a condom, but unprotected oral sex, (I plan on receiving and giving unprotected oral sex). What are all the STDs that I can contract? and What am I the most at risk of contracting? Is hepatitis A and B something I should be worried about? Is there anything I can do to evaluate these sex workers before sex, so as to decrease my chances of contracting an STD?

Grace gave you good advice, and if you don't want to follow it, then you're putting yourself at risk for NGU, Gonnorhea, herpes, and syphillis (although rare).  If you have herpes in your genitals, then you're correct, you can't contract something you already have.

If you're really set on participating in risky behavior, then you have to accept the consequences.  You may not contract anything, but it's the risk you take.  I don't mean to sound like I'm lecturing you, but I would hate to see you make the same mistake as myself and others who have posted on this forum, who thought there was a low risk associated with oral sex and then contracted NGU.  Some people will argue it's a low percentage who actually contract something from receiving oral sex, but based on what I've seen it doesn't seem as low as people think.  I just hate to see you go through what myself and others have gone through.  I contracted NGU from unprotect oral with an escort and had bad symtoms for 3-4 months, and I'm still dealing with some of them 6 months later.  Good luck and be safe.

I appreciate your response, and already understand that protected oral sex provides the best protection from std's, however I'm already pretty set on having unprotected oral sex.  With that said what are also the biggest risk of contracting std's while performing oral sex? Does performing oral sex put you at greater risk than receiving oral sex does, or is there no difference? Also, I should have mentioned this before, but I already have genital herpes, so contracting genital herpes again shouldn't be of concern right?  I never have genital herpes outbreaks, so I'm not that concerned with infecting my partners.  Another thing is, so far from what I have read in other posts, it seems like having one unprotected oral sex experience very low risk and not worthy of going to get tested, so at what point would I want to get tested?  After 5 unprotected oral sex encounters? 10?
Thank you for you help.

it's in your best interest to only give and receive protected oral sex when it's from random partners whose std status you are not aware of.  it will  protect you from genital herpes as well as ngu which are the 2 biggest risks from receiving oral.   you can get std's from performing oral sex too which is why only performing protected oral is also the best idea.
