Reoccurring penis discharge after treatment for chlaymida and gonerhea

Hello, in early January of 2014 I had started seeing a yellowish discharge from my penis after having unprotected sex with women in early December. I had been infected with chlamydia in the past so I figured I was infected again, so I went to see my doctor and had gotten tested. It was confirmed that I had  chlamydia and I had gotten treated with Zithromax that same day. Symptoms began to die down but after a week they seemed to return. I had also now been experiencing clear discharge after urinating and clear milky discharge only in the morning. I went back to the doctor and got treated again for chlamydia and took another test. The results came back negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea, but even a week after these results discharge from my penis still persist. I had also gotten treated with Metrondizale  for trich but symptoms still persisted after that. It is now almost April and am still having discharge in the morning and after urinating with a mild sting and itch after urinating. I am scared because I have no idea what is going on with my body and how to fix it. Does anyone know anything about this problem of mine?

What do you mean by wide range of problems if you don't mind me asking? And it only happens some mornings but definitely is discharge. But like I said all std test come back negative.

Non-specific urethritis could be a potential cause, or a urinary tract infection.
As Vance2335 suggested, ask for a swab test so it can be analyzed for a wide range of potential problems (especially if your STD tests came back negative).

All my std test come back negative. I had a urinary culture that also came back negative. But I still experience a yellowish discharge from my penis almost every morning and a slight burning sensation from time to time. I had gotten treated with Zithromax 3 different times since it has been happening as well as Metronidozole. What can be causing my symptoms if not chlamydia or gonorrhea?

The discharge should be swabbed and tested for what bacteria it is so the correct medication can be given.
