Risk of STDs?

OK... so here's my situation...

I had protected vaginal sex with 9 girls in Costa Rica approx 11days ago.  One of those occurrences also included protected anal sex, and another one of those occurrences included unprotected oral sex.  It was a Great Vacation, and can't wait to go back there!

Anyway, in each of those occurrences, I believe my condom remained completely intact, excluding the unprotected oral sex.  I did have some friends with me that thought that their condom broke when they were with their ladies.  But, I don't think mine did, in my best judgement after having several drinks.

Before leaving Costa Rica 11days ago, I went to a local Pharmacy and asked for some medications for STDs.  I was given 2 tablets of 500mg (total 1000mg or 1g) of Azithromycin, which I took after eating a meal, and right before I got on my flight back home.

I feel fine in general, but do feel fatigue and think that I might have developed a small rash under my scrotum near the perineum.  But, it is summer time, and might be caused due to the heat.  Also, I'm completely shaved down there, as were each of the girls I was with, so I don't think it is related to crabs.
Also, might just be in my mind, but I think I feel a tiny burning sensation on the tip of my penis.  Doesn't burn all the time, or not even while I'm urinating.  But comes and goes on occasion.

I don't see anything else going on anywhere else.

Questions:
1) What is the probability of me having STDs from any of the occurrences that I described above?
2) How long after taking those meds can I resume having sex, incase I had an STD?
3) Which STDs will be cured by taking 1g of Azithromycin?
4) After taking the Azithromycin, can I still take a lighter dosage of a Z-Pack in case there is still some infection somewhere?  Or, is it pointless to take a 3-5 day course of Z-Pack now since I already took the 1g of Azithromycin approx 11 days ago?

Please help!!  Any advice is extremely appreciated!!

Thank you Grace!
Very good points!  I will look into having the rash looked at, although it appears to be going away on it's own already.

Thanks for your help!

You were using condoms so your risk of a bacterial std and hiv were too low to treat for.

Your greatest risk was hpv and hsv. Antibiotics do not help for either of them. condoms help but are not 100%.

Unprotected oral is a risk for fungal infections which are not std related.

shaving increases your risk in general of skin issues.

The bottom line is - no more guessing and self medicating. If you have a rash, go and be seen and find out what is going on.

Great advice!  Thank you!  I was told by the Costa Rican Pharmacy that the 1g of Azithromycin will also clear up gonorrhea... but later read that I need atleast 2g for that!

Also, I forgot to mention that the 9 girls were all prostitutes... but I think that was understood.

From what I understand, when a condom breaks... its very obvious!  I didn't see any visible tears in any of the condoms, and each of the condoms were latex (lubed and non-lubed Trojans).  I'm hoping that all is ok.

Does anybody else care to add any advice?

Thanks again for your help!

We do not advise on self medicating.  You had protected sex.  You are fine as long as the condom did not break.  Oral std's are very rare so it is not likely you got an std from the unprotected oral sex.  Azithromycin will only cure chlamydia not the others.
