Risk of STI after oral

Hello everyone.

Gave and received unprotected with a transgender escort(I finished they did not).  After the encounter I immediately took 1500mg of azithromycin.  Followed by 7 days of doxy 100 twice daily (I was away and drinking alcohol here and there while on the doxy).  Approximately 1 month later I noticed a gland in my groin that is swollen and a bit achy.  Putting 2 and 2 together I also realized I have a cut on my foot that may be slightly infected.  I’ve had tremendous anxiety since the encounter which also flared some prostate issues I have that come and go making it seem like I contracted something.  Based on the details what it my risk of a bacterial sti?  I’m pretty convinced from my research that I should be fine but it’s makig me crazy.  Thank you all for your help.
