9 days ago I received unprotected oral sex from female coworker about 5days after encounter noticed tingling in penis when I pee  I have developed some milky discharge but not large amounts just wonder what my likely hood is of std and which is more likely I did not see any sores around her mouth at time of encounter please help extremely nervous as if I have an std I'm sure my wife will leave and take my beautiful kids

If you had white discharge that would surely be a sign of an infection so do take care of this for your wifes protection.

White didn't really notice it until you had to kinda milk penis to make it come out starting two days ago which would have been 8 days post exsposure the irratation started about 5 days post exposure

I had a dip test done yesterday that showed there was white blood cells the dr treated me with rice in and cipro 500 mg twice a day for 10 days however they sent urine off for test on chlamydia and gonhorrea but results take a few days

Even though oral sex is low risk, it isn't no risk. At this point you should be seen and get some basic urine testing done, especially for ngu. You have tingling and some discharge which might all be nothing but since you have a regular partner to protect, best to follow up properly on this.
