Syphilis? Herpes? Nothing?

I want to start by saying that this is a very good resource with a ton of information!

In August of last year I received unprotected oral sex from a woman whom I am friends with.  The entire episode lasted about 2 minutes.  There was no other sexual contact involved.  She sent me a message on October 1st that the guy she had been with previously had given her chlamydia and she had just found out.  From that moment on I was stressing and over analyzing everything in my groin area.  I went to the doctor in mid October and was tested for all STD's except for herpes being I didn't have any sores.  I was then re-tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea a month later because symptoms were there(pain after urination) and I was still stressing.  Right around December 1st I found a small bump/sore in a spot about half way up my penis that is covered by a skin flap from when I was circumcised.   This spot is not really red unless I mess with it but it resembles a small pimple with a hole in the middle.  If I squeeze around it clear fluid comes out and it feels like fluid comes out during the day because the area gets sticky like it is sweating.  It does not hurt really at all.  I am also having some pretty wicked hip pain and some tightness in my groin at times.  So my questions:

1.  I was tested for syphilis between 6 and 7 weeks after the exposure.  Should I trust that result?  I have read here that without an obvious sore it is not likely.  I didn't see anything on her lips.

2.  Herpes, does this sound like I possibly have contracted genital hsv1?  I know that she in the past has had a cold sore on her lip that looked painful but again I didn't see anything at the time of the contact.

3.  Would it be normal for either of those diseases to present this symptom this long after contact?  (5 months)

Any ideas on what it could be?

No sore no syphilis. 6 weeks is accurate for syphilis test. Also syphilis is rare in developed countries and rare in women.

Thanks for the reply Grace.  Is the Syphilis result at 6 weeks pretty decisive?  I know I didn't have a sore at that time and I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

sounds like you just have a lot of anxiety from this ever since your former partner notified you that she had a std?

You were not at risk for her chlamydia.

You've tested negative repeatedly for std's.  You have no reason to think this is a std.

see an urologist for further evaluation if symptoms continue.
