Risky night. Please help

Hello, Two nights back, I was very high and ended up in a mess. Visited a sw. In the beginning there was some kissing. Wasn't any deep kissing. After that it proceeded to me fingering her. I had a condom on my finger while I fingered her. During that time the light was on for a bit and i noticed some marks on the area above her vagina, which is worrying me. I don't know if they were HSV marks or stretch marks. Or even out of shaving pubic hair. My finger (hand) wasn't really in touch with her genitals. Just touched her thighs and fingered her. Also I noticed some dot like spots on her hand and asked her to which she said were insect bites like bed bugs.

After we were done she took the condom off my finger and wiped it.Then it proceeded to protected oral sex for about five minutes. Afterwards, I finished off by masturbating instead of having sex. I ejaculated in the condom.

Now I had fingered her vagina (protected), and also my own penis with the same hand. Also there was a lot of touching involving each other's body parts. It was very risky. What sort of STD can I catch from this? Will I be safe?

I am just feeling very bad about it. I fully respect the woman, but am just feeling very bad about it. What if she has a STD or any other disease? Especially those spots on her hand. I think I might catch a disease. I read a lot of questions and will go on to get tested. That's how I'll know. But how much of a risk is this? Please help.

Hi you had zero risk to contract any std by what you describe

I was in the bathroom this morning and happened to take a look at my shaft. I saw a group of bumps on the mid shaft area. I am aware that I have fordyce spots. They're there in other parts of the genitals. But I'm not sure about this one.
I do not have any redness or irritation currently nor any sort of fever or flu. But the last few days I was feeling pressure in my lower belly and some pain during urination. Also a bit itchy after done urinating.
The spots are very tiny and in a group. They are painless and appear like the other spots on the penis. Must be that I probably had them and didn't notice earlier. I was in  a panic at that moment and very worried now. What do you think

But I want to know has anyone ever contracted HIV from kissing, protected oral sex or other forms of non sexual activity?
I have decided to go for a HIV ELISA test at 4 weeks. Will that help?
I am really scared about this and losing sleep. I think that i might have contracted a harmful disease . Im also nervous about testing. What do you really think can happen from non sexual activity?

Also I experience some burning in the penis and after I urinate. Is that symptoms of something?
