Rough Dots under my foreskin - What are they ?

Hi,

From last two months, i am seeing rough dots( little bump) under my foreskin. They are tiny, no pain, no itch, no burn feelings and skin colored. They made almost a circle under my foreskin near glans.
Due to these dots that place became rough and i can not drag my foreskin all the way back when fully erected. While i try to pull my foreskin back it hurts and I can not pull all the way back like I used to do two month earlier.
Also, there is a brown patch on my penis tip. A brown patch with milky white periphery.
I had a protected sex earlier - one year ago. My question is -
1. Are the dots are Genital Warts ? If yes, how to diagnose or get help ?
2. Is the brown patch with white periphery normal ?
3. Are they going to affect my marriage life ? My wife is in risk?

I am worried a lot, could you please help me ?

Thanks a lot for your help. I was worried on that point. Some site says the virus stays inside your body for long time etc etc. I never saw any kind of outbreak. Thanks for relieving me.

I talked to doctor, he said bumps are curing. Today I saw white scales were coming out from surface of bumps. Doc said apply same cream and wait for 1 week more.
Am little relieved now. But doc said he can be sure about warts next week.

I can't really answer you. As I said bumps can be many things and I am not in a position to tell you what they might or might not be. I can say that something from 2 years ago probably would not show up now.

I am confused.
A dermatologist Dr examined me with magnifying glasses.
The Dr first said, it looks not that bad. I said I had protected sex. He asked if that was a prostitute or not. I said yes and with condom. Then he said, these may be "Some kind of warts". But he recommended HHZOLE 10g - A Mometasone Furore & Clotrimazole cream and a fluconazole based tablet. Its 7 days, nothings changed. I will go to him tomorrow.
The bumps are not changing, not ithching. They turned into whitish pimple like lumps. My doubt is -
I had protected sex 2 years ago, can these be warts ? if yes, will they go automatically ?
Also, I used condom, I am not sure how my foreskin near glans infected?

Please respond, I am too worried to talk to anyone...
Please help.

See a Dr for an exam, possible testing and a correct diagnosis. Bumps can be many things often not a STD but only a Dr is going to be able to tell you what they are.
