STD Question

STD question

I am a male and recieved oral sex from another male. I did not give oral sex or have any other body contact. This was on July 8th and a few days later it burned when I urinated. This lasted for a few days. I had no sores, leakage from my penis or any fevers. I was tested on August 1st. gonorriha, chlamydia and syphilis but I understand this was to early to get tested for syphilis. All test came back negitive but on my urine test I was not told how much urine to put in the test bottle. It was over two hours from my last urination for this test. This is October 3rd. and 3 weeks ago my left testicle started to get sore. No redness, swelling or tenderness to touch just a sore discomfort felling and is still feels sore today. I took another urine test today and was told to only put a small amount in the test bottle. After all this now the question, could the first urine test been wrong because of too much urine in the test bottle, could this be just a bacterial infection from the oral sex or any other STD? I don't think I have syphilis because I have had no sores.
Thanks

If it was a bacterial infection causing your sore testicles, your test would have picked that up as some sort of an abnormality and would have been examined a second time. If your symptom continues to persist, you may need physician consultation or urologist for more info. As long as sex was protected, I do not think this would be a problem.

I do understand why you are worried and I will try to help you the best way I can.Oral sex is low risk for std transmission. It can happen but, not on the norm. You were tested at considerable test times for gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and in an instance, Syphilis. Anything now that continues to persist, I do not think it has anything to do with your incident. So to answer your question, It does not matter how much urine was present in the sample bottle. The test is a test and the results came back cleared.
