STD Skin infection question Yest infection

Hi guys long time ago i got diagnosed by doctor that around my scrotum i had a yest infection. He recommended to use lotriderm cream i use that cream the itchiness went away, but for many years i still had problems with the coloring of my skin would be still white but with that i fix the problem by buying new underwears. So here is my question, Lets say today i take a shower at 6/27/2018 and my next shower would be the 6th/30/2018 if i dont take shower for 3 days my scrotum would develop some dead skin cells like this https://image.ibb.co/cewVN8/IMG_0531.jpg is this still a yest infection or any other infection or its just normal dirt?
