STD blood test results

Hi All,

My doctor just looked at my blood test and said I was fine but looking at the printout I'm confused about the results, this is what they say:

Chlamydia Trachomatis PCR
Comment: Chlamydia Trachomatis PCR (DNA, SDA) = Detected
Reference Range: Not Detected

Both the value and the reference range are "-"

On the same test I also have

Neisseria Gonorrhea PCR Value "GC Neiserria Gonorrhea" Reference Range "-"

I don't doubt that my doc is right (especially since I don't have any symptoms" but I wonder why test results can't just say "YES" or "NO"

How do you guys interpret these? Thanks!

ok urine testing with this is fine. no reason to doubt your results.

Oh sorry, this part was the urine test, I have it annotated by him on the results as being fine but I still am a typical hypochondriac.

this was blood testing and not a swab from your urethra or urine testing?
