I am a 14-year-old boy from Hong Kong. This morning, as I woke up with an erection(like I almost always do), I found myself suffering from an almost stabbing pain in only a very small spot on the penis head, as I sometimes force a higher bloodflow into my penis. I have not been sextually acvtive, apart from masturbation. What could be wrong with me?
