STD or UTI

I was just having a regular day today, riding the subway back home. I went to the restroom and pissed. When I was done, I noticed a tinging sensation, not sure if it could be called burning though. This was the first time that I felt this feeling. From that point on, I started to panic, thinking I had an STD. I started to feel sick - got a headache, felt dizzy, and had a stomach ache. I am not sure if these are actual symptoms or just my OCD going wild on me again. I even developed a little bit of diarrhea at that time. When I got back, I pissed again, but this time, I felt no burning sensation. I am now wondering the burning sensation could have been just my boxers hitting my penis and causing that sensation.

My last remotely sexual encounter involved a five second blowjob from an asian masseuse. Aside from that, I have not been sexually active in quite a while.
