STD or eczema?

For my entire 14 years of life I have had eczema on the backs of my knees, arms and at points all over my body. When I was a round 9 I starting getting similar symptoms on my scrotum! This really freaked me out at the time but it eventually went away by its self. just a few weeks ago the symptoms started again but this time even worse!  It starts out with an itch so bad I just have to scratch then the area turns reddish and a day later the skin peels off.  These are all the same symptoms I get on my arms and legs. I have never had any sexual contact of any kind but the paranoia is driving me crazy!  Every time I think about my rash I stress out and boom its back again. also when I was 9 along with the scrotum rash I found redness on my foreskin, it didn't itch but it still freaked me out.  The rash on the foreskin came back around the same time the scrotum rash did. Just like all my other rash It seems that this condition is brought on by stress. Please help the itching and stressing is really screwing up my life.

If you never had sex how could you have a STD?
This is not a STD related issue. See your Dr.
