STD or yeast infection....?

i've been sexually active once without a condom and i noticed a odd smell coming from my vagina since then is it possible i may have a STD? also before i was sexually active i was having slight vaginal tching so could it be a possible yeast infection... ? im lost because i thought the vaginal itching came from swching birth contol pills..?

I been havin problems in my vagania think I have a yeast infection but not sure it started on the right side of my labia on the outside I felt an itch with a small bump the next day it spread inside my labia and on the other side it was itching and now burning than I found three white bumps very noticeable its located on the inside of my labia wall it feels itchy when I touch it than yesterday I got a rash around my anul going up towrds my vagina on the out side where crees is I had seen the doc but he said he couldent anything unusual but that was before it got bad i did get my pap test done im just waiting for results im just hoping it well show up in the test so I can get it treated im scared that it might be something else other than a yeast infection any advice what u might think it is!

you need go to and be seen and get a proper work up done. get tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally as well as discuss what std's you should be tested for.
