Sex with Escort with Condom, STD risk?

Hi,  i am 32 Male had sex with Escort one week back.  Oral and Vaginal,  used Condom for both. Had Closed lip gentle kiss. First She opened the Condom with her teeth and put it to my penis by her mouth.  Had oral for few minutes and had Vaginal sex for a minute and ejaculated inside her with condom,  kissed onher cheeks several times and she had pimples kind of stuff more on her cheeks near to mouth.  I pulled out and Condom was on but i didnt see much whether it was teared/broke or not i am worrying more on this now,  just saw it was on my pennis. Then she removed condom by using wipes and gave one wipe to clean my pennis.  I wiped and washed with handwasher. After 7 Days from Exposure i am having pinching feeling in tip of my pennis for whole day and the same night got low grade fever for few hours.  Then Next Day i was getting burning sensation on tip of my peenis and foreskin after urination and found small single blister in my scrotum whis is not paining so far.  Worried about got some infection. I called her to ask how often she will go for medical test and she said No and disconnected the call.
1. What is the Chances of Condom might tore when she remove cover by teeth?
2. Chances of getting STD by oral,  because she put Condom to my pennnis by her mouth.
2. If Condom tore, then i have all possiblities of getting std including hiv right?
3. Pennis pinching and fever. and burning after urination terrified me for infection?
4.If Condom covers my pennis then what is possible of getting burning at Pennis head.  That means Condom might have damaged and my pennis head was exposed into vagina right?
5. Based on the situation and symptoms i am in risk of what  stds.
6. Its 10th day from exposure,  Still can i go for testing or wait for 2 weeks and then go.
I thought escorts will go regular medical test and will care their health to their knowledge. But when she said she didn't do any medical test then i assume that i am in very very high risk scenario.
I am married man from Asia have woderful wife and now staying alone in Europe for work and put my family situation to the worst. Before coming to europe i took complete test all are negative except Hsv1. I am thinking to visit doctor this week but Concern about testing period. Please provide your thoughts and help me ***** my risk.

Hi,
Dave has advised you correctly , you would be certain if a condom broke. Condoms have a seam up the the side when they break , it's not a tear your penis would have been 100% exposed from the condom upward. He's advised you to test for herpes and syphilis because you have a long term partner. The concern would be how rigorous the genital to genital contact was , as this is how skin to skin Sti such as herpes and syphillis could be transmitted . There is low risk based on the gentle manner you describe . As Dave said , follow the testing protocol or consult your physician to see if it's safe to have sex with your partner

Thanks Jerry. Yes, Its Gentle manner because i was bit nervous and had quick ejaculation less than a minute. Yes Definitely i will go for the Test,  but its too early i guess so i am waiting.  In between i got occasional penile burning after urination and very tiny single bump in my testicles but not pain/itch. Now i am scaring aboit Herpes. Thanks for your Comments Jerry.

Thanks for information Dave.
1. How are you telling the Condom damage might not happened,  because in online so many says that they observed small holes.  That is i am worrying Lot.
2. I could not imagine the outer part rubbing,  had around 1 minute of Gentle moves (Not Rough),  how much risk involved in this.  For Transmission,  is it needed high friction rubbing or lite touching /rubbing is enough?

Thanks for the answers.

Hi.
1. condoms dont tear they rip and would be rolled up your penis shaft and very obvious it broke so you can rule that out.
2. that would be zero risk.
3. Since your penis was covered nothing could get inside so what ever your feeling is not from the affair.
4. yes it would appear as an injury.
5. if your genital area outside the condom did not have any rubbing contact with her genital area its zero risk. if it did and she did not have any genital sores, its close to zero risk.
6. since your married test for herpes at 3 months and syphilis at 6 weeks.
