STD testing

I am in my 40's and recently played in a softball game, running and throwing for the first time in a long time.  Afterwards i was a little sore in the groin area  Then three days later I had unprotected oral with an escort with no ejaculation.  The oral was pretty aggressive, according to her.  At the time I was just beginning to feel like I was coming down with a sinus infection.  I also kissed her mouth with my tongue. Two days after the encounter i  began a Z-pack.  About a week after the encounter the tip of my penis seemed irritated and after I urinated the tip seemed to burn a little.  It would then go away.  One teste seemed inflamed and swollen.  Yesterday 8-7, I began ciprofloxacin... Bottom line...is it possible she had throat gonnorhea and I got it ?

that poster was a spammer - disregard the info you were given by them.

whether or not you ejaculate has nothing to do with std risk. std's are transmitted during the sex act itself, not just by ejaculate.

have you been seen by a doctor for your symptoms?

Hello

It is very very unlikely that you acquired gonorrhea in the way you describe.

It is possible, but unlikely.
