STD testing

The exposure was receiving fellatio from a woman and mutual masturbation (me fingering her and her giving me a hand job... possible vaginal secretions got on my penis).  I've had other exposures before then that involved only mutual masturbation with women.

I was tested at 6 days following exposure for chlamydia (urine test... urinated 15mL of first void) and about an hour later for gonorrhea (swab test).

Both gonorrhea and chlamydia tests were negative.  I have no lesions or pain or other symptoms now at 3 weeks post encounter.

Questions:
1. Was 6 days sufficient enough time for the gonorrhea and chlamydia tests? (I heard that for chlamydia it is best to wait 2 weeks before testing, but not sure if this was with regard to swab test only).

2. Was it ok to do the swab test just one hour after peeing for the chlamydia urine test?

3. I was told that they wanted 10 mL of urine for the chlamydia test, but I peed 15 mL instead.  I heard there is no longer a ceiling volume amount for this test.

4. Should I be tested for HIV, syphilis, etc. following the exposures above?  My last HIV test was one year ago and was negative.  I've only engaged in mutual masturbation (about 6 partners) and once in receiving fellatio in the past year.

Thanks for your help!
