Pain in epididymis

I'm a male who is  sexually active with one partner (female) and have been with this partner for years. I experienced red spots on my glans then a few days later I was extremely fatigued. From there I had pain in my left epididmytis and shooting pains down my left leg. I went to the doctor and had an STI test 4 weeks after our last intimate moment and all was clear. I was then prescribed with anti inflammatory tablets. This eased the pain, however a few weeks later I had pain in my right epididymis that shot up towards my lower abdomen. I've had a scan for kidney stones and also a ultrasound on my testicles, these results were clear. It's now been over 2 months since I last had sexual contact and I'm still getting really bad pain in my right epididymis. My glans feel a bit tender and I've noticed spider veins appear on the underside of the glans. I've been on ofloxacin for around 4 weeks and the pain did subside for around 3 weeks however it has come back with a vengeance. I haven't been sleeping well and have also experienced random muscle twitches. Any help or any one that has been through the same feelings please let me know. Thanks
