Hi Sir,
My exposure was only oral sex (unprotected receptive and insertive). I tested HIV negative by RNA and AB/AG test at 12 days and again at 30 days. I have a dull pain (like something pulling) at the lower abdomen right above the penis. It sometimes feels like radiating to the testicle but the testicle itself doesn't pain upon touch. The pain is very dull and comes for a few minutes and then goes away. This pain came nearly 2 weeks post exposure and then went away. Again now I am feeling the same sensation since last couple of days. i am really scared. Now it's 6 and half weeks post exposure. I have no discharge of any type from penis and no burning or pain during urination. Urine is clear and semen is also visibly clear.
Could you please access (considering my nature of exposure and symptoms), if these could be symptoms of any STD?

Thanks for the reply Sir. May be i am asking too much but can you please access, based on your experience, what could be causing these symptoms? And does STD symptoms come after 6 weeks?
Symptoms of std,s are white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating or itching inside your penis that appear about 5 days post exposure. im not sure whats causing yours.
Thanks Dave. Is diarrhea with mucus related to any STD by any chance?

Hi All,
I got tested for the following after 6 weeks post exposure:
HIV: negative
Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea: Negative
Syphilis: Negative
Hepatitis B: Negative

Considering the nature of my risk described above, do anyone of you recommend any further test for either HIV or any other STD?

Please note that I was taking Diclofenac Natrium tablets twice a day for 4 days for knee pain just before getting tested. Is it possible by any chance that the diclofenac being a pain killer, could have suppressed the bacteria for syphilis/clamydia/gonorreah from being detected?

Thanks in advance !

Also, please note that it was just an one time exposure and for brief time, not extensive.
