Hace tres semanas me practicaron sexo oral sin protección, y desde entonces he tenido los siguientes síntomas:
Escozor leve al orinar, incluso algunos días he tenido pinchazos internos en la uretra
Secrección en la uretra, muy leve y de color transparente
Ademas de esto, he tenido un día de malestar general y fiebre, unas dos semanas después del contacto, y hace dos días tuve una sudoración nocturna muy intensa. No he vuelto a tener fiebre
Hace una semana me hicieron un análisis de sangres, con un valor de monocitos alto, del 17%, el resto estaba bien. Los cultivos de orina y semen han dado negativos a las 48h
El análisis de orina ha dado mucus abundante
Hace una semana tomé Zithromax, pero no me causó efecto alguno, y mi doctor me mandó tomar desde ayer Supramycina y Sporasec, y parece que estoy un poco mejor del escozor en la uretra.
¿Que riesgos tengo de VIH?
Que tratamiento podría mejorar mis sintomas?
