STD's

I had condom protected vaginal and oral sex w/ high cost call girl (CSW) in Chicago in on 04/29/2008.  I tested for all STD's on 05/07/2008.  All came back negative other than Genital herpes.  On 05/05/08, I took Z-pak, 500Mg of Azithromacin first day, and 250MG for following 4 days for an unrelated sore throte.  On 05/20/2008, I started taking Biaxin and Flagyl for 14 days to treat stomach issue.  On 05/30/2008, I retested for only Genital herpes and it came back negative.  Here are my questions..
1.  How accurate was the test done @ about a week and a half after exposure
2.  If i did acquire one of the STI's, would the amount of antibiotic I took treat all of them?
3.  Received positive IGG specific test after 8 days, and a negative one at 4 weeks, no breakouts ever, what should I trust.
4. Furthur testing needed?

You probably had a false positive on the first test, since it was below a 3.5, and you have hsv1.

Its pretty common for that to happen, and most experts think that the cutoff for hsv2 should be 3.5, especially in those who have hsv1.

First time I tested for herpes, these were the results
HSV1-IGG Specific 4.53
HSV2-IGG Specific 2.74

Second time

HSV1-IGG Specific  Positive
HSV2-IGG Specific  Negative

The z-pak would probably have cured chlamydia, and the flagyl would kill trich.  Gonorrhea might be cured by the rest.  You used a condom though, so you don't need to worry about gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, etc.

Do you have copies of your herpes tests?  If you can get those, and post the exact results here, or in the herpes forum, we can help straighten that out.
