STI & HIV Risk. Follow up from HIV Forum

Dear MedHelp Experts,

I've been posting it in HIV forum and since it contain other STI's as well then i was asked to place in here also. Below is the original question i've post before.

I'm 22 years old hetero male who recently done a reckless activity. On 15 April, i visited a massage parlor which in turn providing erotic massage! Anyway, I'm naked and the lady who massage me was mostly wearing underwear covering below waist but not for top body part. I don't know her HIV status so that's the main concern all of this forum question thread about.

There are several questions related to HIV and other STI's that i want to address to you (expert in hiv and STI's), please answer my question honestly so that i can face upon my situation.

1) I was vigorously touch her breast and play with it with no possible breast milk (as i remember) and received penis - breast massage with my pre cum on it. Can i contract HIV or any other STI's if my precum were somehow touch her breast milk or other (although i don't recall her to have breast milk) in this penis - breast contact ?

2) She also do what it so called as frottage as she was rubbing her vagina with underwear on (double underwear i recall it) to my bare penis as i was naked. Assume she has vaginal fluids on her underwear and pre cum on my penis, can this be a way of HIV or STI's to be transmitted (although i'm sure that she wear her underwear so her vagina doesn't touch my penis directly)? Is it possible to transmit infected fluids one to another via wet underwear or clothing?

3) At the end we both came out by our own as she was masturbating herself while i do myself, but the thing is, she come out first with possible vaginal fluids on her hand and then directly touch my nipples and other body part except my penis because i was still doing my thing. Also i use the same hand of mine that may exposed to some degree of her vaginal fluids due to rubbing her pubic hair area or breast milk (if any) when i massage her breast to do my things. Is it possible to contract or transmit HIV or any other STI's from this incident as my hand were possibly exposed to vaginal fluids and used to do my "own" thing?

There are no penetrative sex intercourse or oral during this exposure, only the things that i explained above occurs.

4) Starting from 2 days after exposure and running until now, i had a mild sore throat with some kind of tingling sensation and dry skin. I don't know it is due to anxiety or it is ARS? Do i need to test for HIV and any other STI's? I've been recently conduct a urine test to screen from bacteria and my Doc say that I'm negative for any bacterial infections such gonnore and clamydia but is it safe enough to say I'm free from that now?

I want to apologize if my questions were asked many times before but I just want to relieve some of my stress due to this concern and sorry if I'm to explicit when explaining my concern.

Thank You Doc!

Thanks a lot Vance! I feel more relieved right now as logically I get it that STIs has that name for reason, which is need sexual contact to be transmitted.

One quick question however, since I still quite anxious about this so called as "no risk" incident, if I want to test to make all clear for all STIs including HIV, when and what type of test is considered as the guideline to reveal my status.

Really appreciate your feedback!
