Thank you for the reply. The initial worry was because I read that usually HIV is transmitted through the urethra. And by unprotected mammary intercourse it seemed like there could be a chance vaginal fluids would end up in there.

Your exposure leaves with no real risk for anything.
Chlamydia - No risk
Gonorheoa - No risk
HIV - No risk
Syphilis - a very slight risk, but not enough to be worried about at all
Your main concern of HIV is totally unwarranted. There is an absolute zero risk here.
