STI Risk from lap dance encounter

Now I know being fully clothed for a lap dance doesn’t pose a risk, but in this instance I paid for oral and had my pants down at this point when she sat in my lap, she was also naked.
There may have been brief penis/vaginal contact but there was definitely no penetration. She then performed oral with a condom.

I’m concerned about the penis/vagina contact and if this poses any real risk of HIV/Chlamydia/Ghonnorhea?

First, HIV.  Zero risk.  HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex (with penetration) or sharing IV needles to inject drugs.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  No risk for that.  Chlamydia and Ghonorrhea are also not something I'd worry about based on the information you gave. It's great that a condom was used during oral sex.  If you develop symptoms, then you can consider testing but otherwise, you really had a very limited risk.
