Saliva and contact with tongue

I had an encounter involving mostly manual stimulation about 1.5 weeks ago. There was tongue involved briefly on the underside of my penis near the base. Also, his saliva was used as lubrication. I did ejaculate and urinated within five minutes of activity. My exposure to other fluids was limited to brief exposure to pre-ejaculate only on hands; no visible scratches or sores on my skin. The other person said that he has no health problems. What are my risks of exposure to an STD? If there is a risk, when should I be tested? Is there a time period that would be too soon?

Nature of exposure. Saliva doesn't transmit STD's, tongue doesn't not transmit STD's and touching of the penis anywhere on the body doesn't transmit STD's.

Is that due to the nature of exposure or the indication of "no health problems"?
