Statistics on giving STI female to male

I had unprotected sex for about 1-2 minutes with my partner. No ejaculation. I found out I am infected with Chlamydia and now I have no way of telling him to get tested (I cannot contact him) what are the odds he has it from this one encounter?

Getting chlamydia through oral sex is really rare. Actually there are experts that say chlamydia is not known to be transmitted through oral sex.
There are other stds that can be transmitted more easily through oral sex, but even those ones are difficult to catch.

I don't see anything about oral sex here in the original post lol. I believe bacterial STDs are easy to catch
