Sauna mistake

I was a little drunk and was with a sex worker last night. This was a typical Asian "sauna" experience- she basically washed us both down and performed protected oral sex on me. I am concerned about two things:

1. In between the wash and the oral sex, she gave me a general rubdown. During this, she pried open my legs, licked my anus, and then inserted an ice cube with her mouth. It happened pretty fast, and I asked her to stop after 30 seconds or so since it was without protection. Obviously, I am going to get tested ASAP, but can someone give me a general sense for the risk of infection via saliva given this particular exposure?

2. This girl was about 20 or so and had unblemished skin except for a raised bump between and below her breasts- about where a clasp would be on a front-fastening bra. The bump was horizontal, symmetrical, about the shape and size of an oblong pill capsule, and reddish (like a kidney bean color? It's hard to say given the lighting). I have looked around on google image search and failed to find a picture. Anyway, over the course of things after the wash I believe that my skin came into contact with this bump- particularly my testicles. I thought it was probably a birthmark at the time, so I didn't panic, but now I think that assessment was just stupidity. I know it's a long shot, but does that sound familiar to anyone, and what sort of transmission is possible from direct contact with skin on testicles (in the worst case scenario about 20 minutes after a wash)?
Thanks in advance.

yes , let's not get too worried.. and if you do get any std u seem to be getting those that can be treated easily.

Oral to anus post risk but more for the giver, esp Hep.. there are risk of gorrn and chym and that's a test u can do in anus.

while for the lump near her breast encounter, i am not too sure i heard any of such STD being transmitted.. i mean, 1)theres not STD in the breast that i known (warts dont sounds like that u mentioned)  2) if its a breast cancer lump then i definitely havent hear of any tranmission for a person touching it.

Get it chk if u are worried.. as AJ mentioned, better safe then sorry.

Did your genitals come into contact with this bump between her breasts?  If not, I wouldn't worry.  It could be a pimple, really.

The only real risk you have is for gonorrhea and NGU, which is an infection in your urethra.  This can be caused when mouth bacteria gets into your urethra.

When you test, make sure that you let them know what happened, so they can do an anal test as well.

I don't want to freak you out - the risk isn't all that high, but its enough of a risk to test.
