Here is my situation. I had a person licking my bottom then he applied lube and started having protected sex with me. It went on for about 5 minutes or so. I stopped him because i was not comfortable he still had is condom on and he did not ejaculate when i went to the restroom to wipe off i noticed i had a very slight amout of blood back there. What is the risk or me contracing something from his saliva. Like i said he did not ejaculate.
the slight bleeding is probably from having anal sex, no you need not to worry... if you are going to worry like you appear that you are maybe you should just get tested to ease your mind.

licking is not a risk. Protected sex is a very low risk for skin to skin STD's such as HSV, HPV, syphilis... but again it is a low risk exposure
