Severe Abrasion During Massage

Hi,

I went for a massage 10 days ago. The lady massaged in between my legs near my private parts to seduce me. She did it repeatedly until there was severe abrasion. I rejected her offer to masturbate me. When I took shower after that, I felt sharp pain on that area. She must have used her nail and my skin must have been broken. Until now, I can still feel the sore.

I am afraid she masturbated a guy right before massaging me and did not wash her hands. There might be semen under her fingernails. The severe abrasion might have been caused by her nails. Can STD transmit when her contaminated nails touched the abraded area? I am also afraid that there might be a cut on her hands. Also, I was closing my eyes during the session. She might have touched her possibly wet private part and then touched the abraded area.

What are the possible STDs from incident? When should I get tested?
