Sex at massage parlors

I went to massage parlor and was offered sex. Lady put the condom on by hand and began giving blowjob. Then she laid on her back and we had sex I stood at the end of the table and put a towel between us to we wouldn’t touch skin to skin. Am I at risk for any std. this was a first time and last time mistake.

No, there is no risk here. You had condom-protected oral sex, and none of your skin touched. I wouldn't waste a single second worrying about this.

Nothing will change this answer - no what ifs, no maybes. You are fine. :)

Even if I was laying down for the blowjob? I don’t recall any type of fluid or saliva where the condom wasn’t covering. My only concerns is that a day after the encounter my neck was sore but it could have been from sleeping wrong I think. I really think my anxiety is getting the best of me. I don’t have any genital symptoms and that day that I had the encounter I wasn’t groomed and after the encounter i used hand sanitizer to clean and then soap to wash the genital area lol
Should I test for anything
I guess I should have added "no even ifs" to the list.

Laying down doesn't change anything.

Oh dear god, please never put hand sanitizer on your genitals again. Your penis is your friend. Treat it gently. Also, washing after sex does little, if anything, to prevent infection.

Grooming doesn't matter, either, except if your partner prefers it.

I'm guessing anxiety is not new for you since you are breaking this down to such a macro level, to every tiny detail. You should get help for that and find some peace.

Also, if you went outside a relationship, no judgement, but don't do that again - your anxiety can't handle it, and remember that guilt doesn't equal risk.

No, you don't need to test. You really had no risk here and have no need to test. NOTHING WILL CHANGE THAT.
