Sex with a prostitute

Hi Doctor, 2 and a half months ago I visited a sex club in Berlin (Can I mention the club?). This club has also a website on the internet.

I only went with 1 prostitute of this club.  The last time I had sex was about 9months ago and did not have any stds before going to the club.

While we where waiting for a room she was infront of me and masturbated my penis and I think she touched her vagina on the outside (I wasn't wearing a condom at that time)
Then she gave me oral sex (without a condom) for 2minutes and stopped.
Then I had sexual intercourse (WITH a condom) for about 3minutes (maximum) and stopped.

After 12 days of this exposure I tested for all all stds and my doctor found chlamadia.
Now I'm gonna test in Feb (3months and a half would have pass).

Is it possible to get chlamadia this way?

The fact that they ONLY found chlamadia after 12days is it in favour of me?
I am thinking that going with a prostitute you can catch every std. So in my mind the fact for example i didnt catch gonorhea this means that at a point in time she had gonorhea and cured it. So if she has hiv i think she is taking care of it which means the chances of catching hiv are smaller than a person who is not taking care of it.  Am I thinking the right way?

What are the chances that I contracted HIV from this encounter?

I am having flu but nearly all of my friends are getting flu so I think this doesnt count so much.

Thanks for your help :-)

Post the herpes question in the herpes form and post the HIV question in the HIV form. They will set you straight. And the HIV form will back up what I said...you can't get HIV from receving oral sex or being masterbated.

I hope I do not get HIV because i am freaking out, I was also and maybe loose my job because it is causing me alot of stress this thing and cannot work... I am continosuly thinking about it. In 2months and a half I didn't enjoy life, I am continually thinking I have HIV.

I don't know but regarding genital herpes, many people say they don't have outbreaks before months or even years. They say that with flu and with alot of stress there is a big chance that genital herpes shows up. is this true?

Now considering myself in this amount of stress for 2 and a half months and had flu 2 times I think it would have come out or not? because since now it never poped out because i check my genitals 3 or more times a day.

I think I need a doctor for my mental health hehe

I don't know but it must have came from oral or else when she touched me. theres no other way for sure... i am going to order an hiv home test kit which is 99.8% accurate and get tested as soon as it arrives. i am going to order it today so its suppose to arrive by wednesday or thursday. it would have passed 2months and 18days. so if it comes negative i can ease a bit my mind. then i will test again after 3months.

hope it comes negative because i am 23 yrs old and the only time i had sex was when i was with my ex girlfriend and this encounter. so only with 2 girls. i never never had 1 night stands with girls. this was the first and LASTTTT 1night stand.

hope everything comes out fine.

i will keep you updated with my results.

10x very much for ur support :-)

No, masterbation is not a risk and you would not get anything from her just touching herself and then you.

If you want to test for HIV then test after 3 months. But I don't see any reason to test. HIV and STD's are not passed that way.

But if the penis (without a condom) touched her vagina on the outside and maybe she had some vaginal liquid on the outside she may have given it to be like that. or maybe when she was masturbating me, she put her finger inside her vagina and then touched my penis.

now if clamadia came from these liquids it might be i have HIV because hiv is present in vaginal fluid.

what do you think?

1. You can't get chlymdia from being masterbated even if she touched herself. It must be from oral sex which is rare.
2. HIV is not a concern because you had protected sex and HIV is not transmitted via receiving oral sex or masterbation.

I think the only way I could have got it was when she was masturbating my penis and touched her vagina because we were both of us standing up and she was standing infront of me and she masturbated me. (she was nude, maybe some vaginal secretions touched my penis)

yes i tested for everything before.. I was 100% without stds and i did not do sex for 9months so the test was 100% sure correct.

1) what do you think?
2) Are hiv home test kits reliable so i can test myself before going to the clinic? because i have to go at the end of february.. if i get a test kit i test myself before.

I don't have any other visible symptoms.

Thanks for your reply :-)

I'm surprised you got chlamydia from this.  Its almost never an oral infection, and you used a condom.  Had you actually tested before this encounter?

She doesn't have every std - no one does.  The fact that you didn't get anything else is either because you used a condom or because she didn't have it.  There is no risk for HIV here at all.

Your 12 day tests are accurate for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU.
