Should I be able to continue sexual relations?

A few months ago, I participated in unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a partner who has claimed to have only had one previous partner. About two weeks after, I noticed a slight whitish discharge but only when I milked it. I was tested for the usual std/sti's and they all came back negative. So no Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, etc. That being said, the discharge was tested for white blood cells and came back positive so I was treated with 1g Azithromycin. The discharge never really went away so I returned and was treated with moxifloxacin for seven days. The routine went on and I have since been treated with 2g metronidazole and 500 mg ciprofloxacin twice a day for ten days.  Nothing has really changed. I might feel a slight burn when urinating, but obviously not enough to be sure that I'm not just imagining it. Every now and again, I'll have cloudy urine, but it usually disappears after a few hours. My other chief problem is suprapubic pain on my right side specifically but it may be entirely unrelated. I've used at home dipstick tests to test for leukocyte esterase, nitrates, protein and the only notable finding is that sometimes the leukocyte test will show trace at the two minute mark and progress to turn mid to dark purple if I leave it out for about half an hour to an hour. I've also used the dipstick tests on the discharge (once again only when milked, and even then not always) and they usually show positive for leukocyte esterase. Any insight as to how I should proceed would be appreciated.
