Don't know what's going on

I fooled around with a girl when I was about 17 or 18 years old without protection. I'm 19 now so I have blurry memories about what exactly happened. About 2 days later it started burning when urinating and a little sprout of blood came out. I was freaked out but I didn't want to tell no one. I waited (I know I was stupid) to see what would happen. That was the only time blood had come out and the burning sensation lasted for a couple of weeks then it stopped, I didn't have any type of bumps on my shaft, no redness, no swelling, no anything So I thought I was clear, it all seemed normal. Then about a year later I had sex with my current girlfriend (who I know had no previous relations) and the day after, the burning sensation came back and I noticed one small knot-like little ball inside the bottom part of my shaft right below the head and I've pressed it and it seems that's what causing the burning sensation. I have not gotten tested yet but I plan to very soon but I have done my research on every std there is and none of them seem to match what I have. It's not a wart, to be honest I don't know what it is. Can someone help me out? Thank you.
