Should I get tested after I performed unprotected cunnilingus and vaginal sex?

I am a male and performed unprotected cunnilingus and unprotected vaginal sex with a girl Friday morning. On Saturday (one day later), I developed a sore throat and swollen tonsils that have white streaks when seen under a light.

I am now around 48 hours (Sunday) from the potential exposure and my tonsils are still swollen.  I knew I was 100% clean as I got tested and was in a monogamous relationship for over 5 years beforehand. I asked her if she was clean and she said yes. I'm freaking out because I have also met a girl that I am very interested in and I'm panicked that I've gotten Herpes (HSV) or another STD and we were all set to go on a date very soon.

Do you recommend testing?
What STDs should I worry about?
What tests should I get and how soon?
Should I hold off on kissing or anything else with the new girl that I care about a lot?

Thank you for any and all help!
