Should I trust negative Clam/Gon urine tests 7 days after exposure?

Hi, about a week ago I had unprotected sex with a girl in Europe. Very nice 24 yo lady, no condom...

When I came back in Montreal 7 days after, I got tested for Chlamydia/gonnorhea at a private clinic. The urine results came back negative, but the tip of my uretre feels a bit painful and also when I pee. Is this small burning sensation should be alarming? Thank you so much!
