Skin Growth? Pimple? Warts?

Hello,

I'm 22 years old and was wondering about an issue.  Recently I have noticed a very small skin like growth on my scrotum and a very small bump on my shaft.  They seemed like pimples never growing in size. As of today I got curious to see if they could be squeezed.. on doing so.. both of them just bled a little bit and stopped.  The one located on my scrotum felt and looked like a flesh colored mole.  Also for years it seemed like I had a hemorrhoid and I also popped it.. it bleed and a little puss came out as well.  Whatever it was on my shaft and scrotum don't really worry me too much, mainly because I have had them for awhile and no more have showed up or they have no grew anymore.  I have had chlamydia once before, but got that taken care off. Like I said, the little skin growth seemed like nothing more than a pimple. But with the "hemorrhoid" or whatever it was popping, bleeding and pussing made me a little nervous.  Although it seems to be only an anal fissure or something of that nature.  I am just curious, it seems like nothing but I just want to take the right actions.. whatever it is on my scrotum and shaft looked totally different from each other and when i pulled the skin off they just bleed like it was extra skin from hair or something..

i could use some info.. anyone?

I have had the two different bumps for awhile, but they have never changed.  I shouldn't have said pop either.. it was more like scratching it off. I think I am fine, it seems like the little common bumps men get on their scrotum and shaft. I am going to get checked, just wanted some input.. they have have hurt or itched.

How long have you had these?  Popping things is never a good idea, and you should get this checked by your doctor.  It doesn't sound std related, but might be something a dermatologist can take care of.
