Skin abrasion or chancres?

Hi!

I had a sexual contact with another man December 8th. Twelve days later I discovered a small injury of the skin of my right lower leg. There was already scab on it. You can see a picture of it here:

After seven days the small injuries seemed to have healed off:

Normally I would assume that these injuries were just abrasions from sports or whatever. However as I cannot recall having injured my leg I wonder whether these abrasions could also be some sort of STD.

We don't look at pictures and STD's do not go on the leg.
