Skin burning sensation

Hello,
I recently 3-5 days ago got friendly with a girl and masturbated her vagina with my fingers
A short period I masturbated myself touching my penis and groin area without any hand washing, while she sat on me, possibly rubbing vagina against balls, not penis. We then spooned as we slept.
Since then I have had a burning/tingling sensation on the skin around my pubic hair and testicles. Doesn't appear to be red, definitely no rash and isn't not itchy, just burning sensation. Also Possible increase in urination frequency.
Just wondering if anything of concern or just paranoid and what can be spread by this kind of interaction?
