Skin disorder

Hi i am 15 years old and a virgin. About a month ago i noticed a spot outlined in red on the crown of my penis and the inside was skin colored. Now there are multiple on the crown, and Im not sure what they are. I went to a doctor but at the time they didnt seem to be showing, but after some irritation they are visible. They do not hurt and they are not raised, could it be an std even though i have never had sex?

u have never had sex so it is extremly unlikely this is an std promblem. have u ever had oral sex? If u havent then this has absolutely nothing to do with an std. Some stds can be transmitted via oral sex but it is still low risk compared to vaginal and anal sex. It is probably just skin irritation or might be a yeast or bacterial infection ( doesnt sound like it tho). Next time u have obvious symptoms go back to ur doctor.
