Slight red rash under foreskin

Hi guys
So on Friday night I stupidly had unprotected sex with a girl I met whilst I was out, she seemed like a clean girl. Straight after the sex it felt very slightly itchy under the foreskin and then when I woke up probably 6 hours later there was a small red rash under the skin just under the rim, it was only slightly itchy for the Saturday and Sunday but nothing unbearable or needing to scratch it. So now 6 days after the sex the rash is still there not getting worse or anything but under a very bright light like one on the iPhone it seems like there could be tiny red dots in the rash, there not raised or really obvious unless with the white light on it, the tip of my penis has a dull ache every now and then and if I squeeze the head it kind of aches in the urine track, I got a blood and urine test today at the doctors to test for everything but am just feeling really anxious about it and any experience/advice would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers
