Small red growth had it for years

I have a small red growth under my scrotum toward the left side. I have had it for years. It is painless and small. I am sexually active but it does not resemble anything to an std.I have been tested for HIV and am clean and dont have any symptoms to anything else. I am curious to what it could be though.

You should post in the dermatology, men's health, or sexual health forums.  This is not an std if you have had it since before being sexually active.
