Someone please Help me !

Hello everyone , i am an Indian currently working in Dubai,i am circumcised. I had a unprotected blow job 17 days back, after 2 days i felt like my penis was shrinking little bit full of wrinkles and so moist , i was sweating a little too bit(i am bit more anxious and nervous person) i was feeling heavy on my groin and lower abdomen both sides and my legs. Every time i rushed for the restroom to check anything different has been happened on my penis,my penis was always so moist (as i am circumcised) and i always checked in between the foreskin for any lumps i didn't see any, Now on the shaft of my penis (on the left side below the head) i can feel a red round patch which is so sensitive, and soft and its not itching but little irritative. I did a PCR swab urethra herpes test after the 12 th day of my exposure( Docter told it will be accurate after 7 days exposure) and they promise they have the latest technology equipment in Dubai, even i did a urine test to check all STD s and UTI and yeast infection also everything came back negative. I am totally scared people i hope someone can help me.
