Rash on penis after STI - what is it?

I caught an infection 7-10 days ago. Most likely Ghonorrea or/and Chlamydia. Having small amounts of clear discharge from the penis, almost unnoticeable. Frequent peeing (though I admit I drink a lot of water to get the bacteria out). A little bit of itching on the tip of the penis. No burning sensation or pain when peeing though.
Taking antibiotics now. Didn't get much better yet, but still didn't finish the Doxycycline yet (2x 100mg each day; three days ago took 1g of Azithromyzin).

I also see a rash on my penis in the morning, especially after masturbating the night before.

Is it related to the infection? Is it something different like herpes? Is it a harmless skin irritation?
