guilt is worse than std

Here is my situation, I hope spmeone can help me ease my mind...on March 17 2011 I received oral from an escort, not sure if it was with a condom or not, but it wasn't long (30-60 sec.), on April 11, I felt a bit tired & was running a slight fever, I had four 500grm.of Cipro from a past illnes, which i took one daily. On day 5  had developed a rash on my penis.  Went to a clinic on the 18th, and the Dr. instantly diagonosed me with Candida, she prescribed Nystatin powder and Difluxin.  All clear in about 2 weeks.  I have not had any other mistake encounters with anyone since my scare, and here we are almost 6months ago, and I again had burning while i urinate, as well as a rash on my penis, not quite as severe as the first time.  Had a urine culture, and blood work drawn up.  My urine tested positive for a uti.  I'm concerned because I have never gotten any type of rash in 36 yrs., now I got 2 in six months, could I have had some kind of std, back in April, then came back...is that even possible...Or is this guilt of making an error in judgement

I've had multiple blood and urine test done since April.  Initial urine test showed uti, and was given bactrim, 2 weeks later I was told I had no bacteria in urine but I had blood in my urine.  CT scan showed I had a small stone in kidney as well as a small stone in prostate, prostate was slightly tender and psa numbers were fine.  Had a scope inserted into my penis, that too showed all clear.  After a couple days I learned what burning urination really feels like, ha ha.  No problem for about 2 weeks. However on occasion my penis feels clammy no discharge or underwear stain, just a sticky feeling, btw I'm uncircumsized.  This has been going on almost 10 months.  I may have received unprotected oral back in march, but I'm pretty sure it was protected, but it was brief,  maybe 2-3min tops...any chance this is an std, and could it come and go like this, and wouldn't all of these testing have picked something up.  Also after have the scope, I was given a 3 day course of Cipro

Well here is the latest update on my saga, I went to the doctor to get some tests done because of my on-going penis pain.   I had a urine and blood work done, the doctor initially treated me for a uti with bactrim.  After 2 weeks I went back, and was told that i didn't have bacteria in my urine, but that I had blood in my urine.  He wanted to have an ultrasound done to see if I had stones, turns out that I do indeed have a kidney stone.  Appointment next week with a urologist.  Could the stone be causing all my on-going penis pain after all?  Thanks in advance

If I were you, i would get tested for all the STD's just to get it out the way. You won't know anything until you get done. Better safe then sorry. STD's can lay dormat in you. You may thinnk you have a cold/flu and it could be showing you that your having STD symptoms. Most people ignore the symptoms and they dont go away, it jus lays dormat in you. Once its dormat, you can have unprotected sex (protected sex in some cases) and pass it to another person without even knowing. Please get checked out. Its better to know now then to wait. Hope you feel better=)

I guess my question is, do std symptoms come and go like mine have, and would the cipro have gotten rid of anything that I may have gotten, also could the cipro and bactrim be causing the rash?
