Really worried regarding contracting STDs

I am 19 years old.4 weeks ago i kissed and got a handjob from a prostitute.1-2 days after the act i experienced tingling sensation near the tip of my penis and very slight mild pain or rather discomfort in the testicles later after the tingling sensation was gone.the doctor said it was maybe due to the heat and gave me medicines i didn't tell him anything about the act.now the pain has gone and no discomfort is there also the urine and semen does not have any colourful discharge they appear normal but lately i am feeling very tired and i cannot get up early in the morning even after doing anything i sleep for long hours then usual the days work is hectic and stressful but i used to get up earlier but i cant now..  I cannot go to the doctor to ask about Stds..please help and tell me is there any need for any tests? Also today i have contracted a running nose and a mild sore throat. Pls help someone..

Hi kissing is a risk for oral herpes but if she did not have any lip sores the risk is close to zero. The hand job is zero risk and the pain is most likely an injury from the acti itself

Thank you for the response..should then i undergo any tests for oral herpes? And also what signs should i watch for if i am contracting oral herpes?
And what do you think about the reason of sleeping so much? Can it be due to stress as well?
