I had sex with a very questionable individual. Now I am sick. What did I catch?

60 hours ago I had sex with a street prostitude. I am in spain. I was very drunk in the club and a prostitude approached me. I took her to my room. She was disgusting. She had big fake boobs and she had a fake ***. I am pretty sure she was a post op tranny. There was skin to skin contact. She put on my condom using her mouth. Gave me oral with condom on but she was rough and used some teeth. I then removed the condom with my hands. Put on another condom and penetrated anally for less than a minute. I then removed the condom and masturbated my self with my hands. I came and went to sleep on those sheets.

24 hours later I started to have flu like symptoms. That is still present after 3 days. Along with genital dysaesthesia on my penis, scrotum and thighs. No itching though. Male genital dysaesthesia describes a sensation of burning, heat, irritation, discomfort or increased sensitivity to touch of the penis, foreskin or scrotum.

There is currently no lesions on my penis or scrotum. But I am guessing any day now. I never had risky sex ever in my life. I was drunk and I made a mistake. Now im scared that my life is over. I am pretty sure I either have herpes or aids.

Flu like symptoms + burning genitals = herpes 100% right? Especially right after sex with a post op street hooker. I really need to die now.

I went to the doctor two days after the incident. The checked my urine and blood (not an std test) and told me nothing was wrong. They also checked my genitals and nothing was there.

I will get an std test but I have to wait 3 months for it. Which is going to be very hard.

Yesterday these small red bumps appeared on my thighs. These are the only visible symptoms after the incident.

Other symptoms are flu like symptoms and genital dysaesthia.

What should I do? Im sure its herpes should I start taking anti virals.

With herpes, blister type sores in  your genital area would appear before flu like symptoms not the other way around. The sores show up and then the bodies immune system kicks in producing the flu like symptoms.

Hi, the protected oral was zero risk for any std and with the protected anal, if no part of your genital area made rubbing contact with hers anal area, it was also zero risk. If it did and she did not have any anal sores and you did not have any open genital sores in your pubic mount area, its zero risk for Syphilis and close to zero risk for herpes. Most with herpes have them in the genital area not the anal area.

Thank you for your answer. I am just very scared because flu like symptoms 2 days after the risky sex that still continues after 5 days and a sensitive to touch penis and scrotum with a burning sensation point to herpes from what I have read. I really hope you are right.

I am worried if I caught herpes by touching her genitals in any way or by sleeping on the sheets where her genitals did touch.
