Std or just allergies?

Ok so two months ago I performed oral sex for the first time with this guy I've known for about 5 years. He had bronchitis at the time and was on antibiotics. A couple of hours later I had a sore throat I thought I either got sick from him or I was sore from the oral sex. My symptoms developed as allergy related symptoms later on. I went to 4 different doctors they all said it was allergies. I even got tested, everything came out negative. My symptoms didn't get worse they stayed the same but now I'm feeling a little better. I had post nasal drip, congested nose and ears. So I'm just wondering if I should still be worried if I have an Std or not? I had sores in my mouth but didn't last long all of my friends kept saying it was because I was stressing my body out, ever since I stopped stressing I haven't been getting them.
