Two weeks, two unprotected encounters (all mentioned all negative) Will I get STDs?

Dear doctors and everyone,

Me, 33y male. I encountered the first girl (30y). We had unprotected oral and vaginal sex at the second date since she said she is all negative (super regret!). Two outside ejaculations! We are not seeing each other since that day. Two weeks after, had another unprotected sex with another girl (31y); she said she is disease free with regular test annually (still super regret!).

The first girl said she had tested several months ago, but had sex with another guy in between the test and me, but the guy also has all negative from the test. (The accuracy of their results is questionable, since I have no idea when they tested and had sex, and how long they waited for testing!)

Now its at 16 days (after first exposure). I have zero symptom of all the STDs, but I am still freaking out. I can't sleep and eat since the second encounter. And can't stop blaming myself not only having unprotected sex but also being aware UNTIL the second one! From this story, could anyone know the odds of me getting STD?

I am doing STD 10 test panel with HIV RNA Early Detection tomorrow (day 17 after first exposure). Could anyone guess how would the test show up? I know its too early for HSV 1 and 2, but this is just the first round, I am planning for 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 15 weeks(3.5months), and 28 weeks(6.5 months) after exposure with all 10 Test Panel testing! Thank you very much!

Thank you again!

Hi with 16 days an no symptoms like white puss penis discharge, burning while urinating or genital sores it would appear that you did not get anything.
